  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Préparation : 15 minutes - Cuisson : 25 minutes
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Brown the chicken breasts on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
