Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

  • 400g canned chickpeas, drained
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp zaatar seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (as needed)

Etapes à suivre

Préparation : 10 minutes
  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, zaatar seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Transfer the houmous to a serving dish and drizzle with extra olive oil and sprinkle with more zaatar seasoning for garnish.
  5. Serve with pita bread, vegetables, or crackers.
